How does the refill and return process work?

When your bottle is getting low, order a refill. Once the new bottle arrives, swap the pump onto it and place your empty bottle in the refill box. Use the included pre-paid return label to send the empty back to us for cleaning and reuse.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all Plaine Products are vegan, cruelty-free, and Leaping Bunny certified. We never test on animals and our ingredients are entirely plant-based.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing our aluminum bottles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

Are the ingredients safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with natural ingredients like aloe vera and are free from sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances, making them gentle enough for most sensitive skin types.

Can I recycle the shipping materials?

Absolutely. Our shipping boxes are made from recycled content and are fully recyclable. We also use paper tape and minimal packaging to ensure a plastic-free experience.
